INSIDE THE RELEASE DESK

An independent, ad-light guide for people who plan their year around the cinema.

Softly lit 3D film reel resting on a cinema ticket on a plain purple background
Reels, tickets and a calendar: the whole job in one picture.

What we do

Flickfountainshowsgn tracks upcoming theatrical releases: dates, official trailers, cast announcements and the first wave of critical response. We are not a studio, a distributor or a ticketing service, and we are not paid to promote any film.

How we label

Excitement travels faster than facts, so every item carries a status. Confirmed means the studio or distributor has said it publicly. Tentative means a window, a reported date or a slot that has already moved. Reported means a trade outlet has published it but the studio has not. Each date names its territory.

Our sources

We rely on distributor websites and press releases, official studio channels, national ratings bodies such as the BBFC and MPA, festival programmes, and the established trade press. We do not use anonymous social accounts, leaked test-screening reports or fan-made trailers.

Corrections

Dates move and we are not infallible. If you spot an error, send a release update with a source link. Verified corrections are applied and noted.
